What is the Leaders of Tomorrow Program?

The Leaders of Tomorrow Program enables a new generation of leaders in waterpower to gain valuable insight into our foundational industry while making lasting connections and solving problems for the future — all while attending Canada’s largest hydroelectric conference and trade show for free.

How It Works

15 participants will be divided into three teams of five and assigned a topic on the first day of the conference. Participants will spend the duration of the conference attending sessions and networking with delegates to gain maximum insight into their topic and develop a presentation of their key findings. All group members will attend the closing plenary session, where a leader nominated by each team will present their key findings and take part in a panel discussion with industry experts.

Leaders of Tomorrow participants must meet three criteria to be eligible: Be employed by an OWA Member company, be 30 years old or younger, and have fewer than five years experience in the waterpower industry.
All Leaders of Tomorrow participants receive a FREE pass to Power of Water Canada 2019.

Spots in the Leaders of Tomorrow program are limited — register before it’s too late by contacting Brianne McMullen, Coordinator, Media and Events at the Ontario Waterpower Association, at bmcmullen@owa.ca or 1-866-743-1500 ext. 24, or click the button below.
